The Canadian government has launched free online support for those struggling with mental health challenges during these Covid-19 times. This website has a number of very good free resources for mental health, including MindWell which is dedicated to mindfulness.
A new tool therapists may use, is a quick check-in with a series of questions to rate your overall well-being. The Wellness Together website has this tool also. Upon logging in, you are asked a series of questions. Then the website calculates your well-being on several scales, and recommends certain resources based on how you scored.
This website is available in French also.
